The following Terms and Conditions specify exact rules on which we supply Happy mum products.

GENERAL TERMS
  1. The Happy mum online shop registered as www.happymum.eu is owned and operated by PHU HAPPY Przemyslaw Bielski, ul. Teczowa 9a, 10-764 Olsztyn, POLAND. All the names, brands, trademarks and logos are protected by copyright and can only be used with a written consent of PHU HAPPY Przemyslaw Bielski (further called the Seller)
  2. All prices are stated inclusive of VAT and other charges. The applicable price is the one stated on Seller’s online shop in respect of the relevant product on the date of placing the order. The Seller reserves the right to amend prices, fees and/or other costs stated on Seller’s online shop, to introduce new products, special offers and their withdrawal at any time.
  3. The VAT invoices are issued as a standard procedure and exclusively in electronic form.
  4. The Buyer agrees to receive the electronic invoice without the signature.
  5. The order can be processed on condition that the order form was filled in with true data and in an appropriate way.
  6. The orders can be placed daily for 24 hours. The orders placed Friday after 4:00 pm, Saturdays, Sundays and Polish bank holidays will be processed the first working day afterwards.
  7. In case the payment is not noted on the account within 5 days from the order placement it will be automatically cancelled with the immediate dissolution of the purchase-sale contract. The Buyer will receive an e-mail informing about the situation and the cause of the order being cancelled.
  8. The Seller is obliged to personal data protection pursuant to the Act on Protection of Personal Data of 29 August 1997 (Journal of Laws [Dz.U] No. 133, item 883).
  9. Happy mum reserves the right for denial of the order processing in case of errors occurring on www.happymum.eu site resulting in wrong and misleading information being published with reference to the goods and their prices or questionable personal data provided by the Buyer in the ordering process.
  10. Happy mum shall not accept packages sent at the expense of the company or cash on delivery.


RETURNS AND EXCHANGE
  1. It is possible to return and/or exchange the goods for a different model or size available in Happy mum online shop excluding underwear and tights. Pursuant to the Act on Protection of Certain Consumer Rights and Liability for Damage Caused by a Dangerous Product of 2 March 2000 the Buyer bears the right to withdraw from the agreement without specifying the reason within the deadline of 10 days from the moment of the goods being delivered.

    In case the good was not received by the Buyer they are obliged to cover the cost of the delivery to the address and back to the Seller’s online shop location.
  2. The goods can be returned or exchanged only if they are in original condition, do not bear wearing signs, the label is preserved, the return/exchange document is filled in correctly and attached and the receipt of the purchase provided. Any wearing sings make the product impossible to be exchanged or returned.
  3. Unattached or damaged labels as well as accessories or damaged product itself make it impossible to be exchanged or returned.
  4. In order to return/exchange the product it is necessary to fill in correctly the Return/Exchange form and send it together with the goods which are about to be exchanged or returned. The form is also included in the package containing the ordered clothes and sent by Happy mum.

    The exchanged goods are shipped by priority mail via Polish Post within 1-3 working days from the package arrival to Happy mum online shop location. On request it is possible to send the goods via courier. The Buyer bears the shipment cost of the items delivered to Happy mum.
  5. The cost refund is done via bank transfer within 5 working days from the moment of the package arrival to Happy mum online shop location. In case the online shop is unable to process the order the Buyer is informed via e-mail and the amount placed to the Happy mum account is returned to the bank account number of the Buyer provided via e-mail.

COMPLAINTS
  1. All the goods offered by Happy mum online shop are new and liable to the Act of 27 July 2002 on specific terms and conditions of consumer sale and amendments to the Civil Code [Dz.U. 5 September 2002]. They are liable to so called “pre-sale guarantee” – if you receive the item which is not in accordance with the description please, contact us as soon as possible.

    The goods complained should be sent on Buyer’s cost to the Happy mum online shop location with cause of complaint (decription of fault), personal data an bank account number provided.
  2. The parcel should also contain the purchase receipt.
  3. The Buyer shall be informed about the result within the 14 days from the moment of the complaint and the goods arrival to the Happy mum online shop location.


SHIPMENT AND PAYMENT
  1. The goods are shipped working days via Polish Post or UPS courier. The Seller is not liable for the delays caused by the transport agent.
  2. The shipment cost is dependent on the delivery address’ location and the weight of the parcel. The orders are only processed after the payment in noted to the Happy mum bank account. Cash on delivery is not possible.
  3. The payment could be done by PayPal or directly via bank transfer to our bank account. In this case the title of the transfer should contain the name and surname of the Buyer and the order number. These data are obligatory as for the time of the order processing. The bank account details:

  1. All the text information and photographs of the products on www.happymum.eu are protected by copyright and must not be copied, distributed, published and used for marketing and sale purposes without Happy mum written consent.
  2. By ordering any of our Products, the Buyer agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
